They were wet and had the smell of roots. She would put her hands on his head and touch it affectionately. Despite the fact that they were wet, they would be warm, a direct result of her affection.Now and then the writer would go to her grave. He would envision to have heard a voice originating from the gravestone. He could feel to be his grandma. He could feel that her words were moving easily inside him like a stream.The section of the poem "I’d know her words would flow inside me like the light," explains the writer's emotions. He implies that intelligence got from his grandma assists with looking for character of Native American individuals. He discovers his grandma an incredible educator for the profundity of the past and the exercise of life in present time.
